Returning an Item? It's Quick and Hassle-Free 

If something doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Just make sure: 

 

The item is in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. 

 

All tags, invoices, and the original packaging are still intact. 

 

You keep the item safely packaged until you decide to return it. 

 

We design every return process to be as convenient as possible so you never feel stuck with something that doesn’t suit you.

Log In:  Sign in to your account on Smartgetz, go to your orders, and choose the return option. 

 

Once you initiate the return, our friendly support team will guide you through the next steps and keep you updated until everything is taken care of. 

Fast, Fair, and Transparent Refunds 

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund promptly. Here’s what you can expect: 

 

Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return. 

 

The amount will be credited to your original payment method—whether it’s a card, UPI, or wallet. 

 

We believe in keeping things clear and efficient so you always know what’s happening with your money. 

 

When Are Refunds Approved? 

We can only process refunds for items that come back in unused and original condition. If an item shows signs of wear, stains, damage, or alterations, it unfortunately won’t qualify for a refund. We want to ensure quality and fairness for all our customers. 

Items That Cannot Be Returned 

To ensure hygiene and safety, some products are not eligible for return: 

 

Innerwear & Lingerie:  For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Swimwear & Activewear: Due to their intimate nature and direct skin contact, these are final sale. 

 

Sale & Clearance Items:  Products marked down or bought during a sale cannot be returned or refunded.
