We start preparing your order as soon as it’s confirmed.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Packaging: Every order is packed carefully to protect your items during transit.
Working Days: We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Notification: Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details.
Courier Partners: We team up with reliable logistics providers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
In rare situations, like order verifications or high demand, there might be a short delay—but we’ll keep you posted throughout.

You can expect your order to reach you within 3–8 business days depending on your location. We do our best to meet this timeframe, but sometimes there may be slight delays due to weather, location, or courier-related issues. Don’t worry—our support team will always be available to update you and help track your order if needed.
If the courier can’t deliver your package on the first attempt, they’ll try again up to two more times.
After three failed attempts, the package will return to our warehouse.
You can request the order to be shipped again, but re-delivery fees may apply.
To avoid delays, make sure someone is available at your address to receive the parcel. Double-check that your shipping details are accurate when placing the order—it helps a lot!
If you need to modify your order or address, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible.
We take packaging seriously, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. If eligible, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund based on the situation.
